This term includes its successors, assigns, and, where applicable, its agents, service providers, data processors, and business partners. These entities may provide technical support and ancillary services to enable the Company to operate gaming and related services or products.

1.2. This agreement delineates the Terms and Conditions governing the contractual relationship between 888STARZ and you, as a registered or participating player with 888STARZ. These Terms apply to account creation and gaming activities across all media and electronic platforms, including but not limited to mobile devices, laptops, and computers. By registering an account with 888 Bet Kenya at kulabet.co.ke, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for the duration of your relationship with 888STARZ. The company reserves the right to reject your registration or participation at its sole discretion and without the obligation to provide any explanation.

1.3. If you are an existing customer of 888STARZ, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, you grant unconditional and explicit authorization for any data processor of 888STARZ or any third party (who has previously held your personal data in any lawful capacity) to share your personal data with the Company. You also consent to 888STARZ collecting your personal data from these data processors, 3rd parties, or any other sources. Once your personal data is transferred or collected, the Company will assume the role of data controller for your information from the date you accept these Terms and Conditions. 888STARZ will then be authorized to use and process your personal data in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. As a result, your existing 888STARZ customer account will be transferred and activated by the Company

1.4. These Terms and Conditions are organized for your convenience and clarity. As a participating player, it's essential to familiarize yourself with them. References to "you," "your," "customer," "player," or "subscriber" pertain to anyone using the gaming/betting platform or services, including any registered customer of 888STARZ. References to "888STARZ," "the Company," "us," "our," or "we" pertain to 888STARZ, its successors, and assigns, and where applicable, its agents, service providers, data processors, business partners, and any entity that provides technical services to support its gaming and ancillary operations.

1.5. 888STARZ retains the authority to alter these Terms and Conditions without advance notice. While efforts will be made to notify you of significant changes, it remains your responsibility to regularly review any updates. If you choose not to continue using 888STARZ services or those of any data processor due to such changes, you may withdraw any uncommitted funds without penalty and close your account by emailing [email protected] Upon receipt of your withdrawal request, a confirmation will be sent within 48 hours. Please note, failure to receive a confirmation does not imply ongoing obligations from the Company after your withdrawal date.

1.6. The Company is committed to upholding your privacy in accordance with its privacy policy, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. We strive to maintain the confidentiality of your information to the fullest extent possible at all times.

1.7. The Company refrains from sharing your personal information with third parties except in specific circumstances: (a) It is necessary for the performance of this contract or for processing your requests; (b) It is a legal duty or obligation of the Company or any data processor acting on its behalf; (c) It is required to enforce or apply the Terms and Conditions and related agreements; (d) It is essential to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another individual; (e) It is necessary for tasks performed by a public authority; (f) It is needed for the exercise of public functions in the public interest; (g) It is necessary to protect our rights or property, including information exchange with other companies and organizations for verification, fraud protection, and credit risk reduction. Your personal information might be shared with a credit reference agency, which could maintain a record thereof; (h) It aligns with and adheres to the Privacy Policy or for any other purpose authorized, permitted, or anticipated under the provisions of the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya, Act No. 24 of 2019.

1.8. These Terms and Conditions, together with Kenya's relevant laws, govern the relationship between you and the Company. Kenya serves as the operational jurisdiction for the Company and its services/products, which are offered directly to all registered players and/or through its service providers and intermediaries.

1.9. By accepting these Terms and Conditions and engaging in gameplay or placing bets using our betting platforms, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including any amendments or updates, as well as the rules applicable to our products at any given time. You acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to use collected data for market surveys, campaigns, research, customer satisfaction questionnaires, and to market and promote its services and those of its affiliated companies.

1.10. The Company shall not be held liable for any repercussions arising from significant incidents such as strikes, terrorist activities, political crises, wars, natural disasters, telecommunications network saturation, cyber-attacks, hacking, etc. These events may result in total or partial disruptions in access to our services or loss of data, whether caused directly by us or by independent service providers on whom the Company relies, either wholly or partially, to deliver its services.
